misplaced text

"Hey! So what did you think of Amberlee?"

That was the text I got from my friend two minutes after he had dropped me off at my house. And he clearly sent it to the wrong person, since, well, who asks someone how much they like themself? He was embarrassed but I thought it was funny and it made me reflect on past texts / emails / or comments sent or just said to the wrong person.

Like when you are having an imaginary conversation in your head and you start saying it aloud when you aren't alone. It usually comes out in one or two words segments before I catch myself and look over to see the surprised "you're kind of weird" look on the face of whoever is with me.

So finding out that I'm not the only one who does this - it was kind of nice. And entertaining.
