The post entitled "This is my really happy news!"

You may or may not have heard some rumors concerning me, so to set them straight -
No I am not engaged
No I have not decided to drop out of school and pursued my secret dream to be in a girl band and die the ends of my hair pink
No I am not doing a study abroad in Mexico
No I am not doing an internship in New York City
No I am not taking a road trip (Although that sounds great! Anyone in?)
but YES! I am going to serve a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!! My papers are almost done, and I couldn't be happier about it!

And for those who have been around me much this past year know how restless and worried I have been. Well, this decision has helped this so much and I finally know this is something I want to do and am working forward to do it! It is a great feeling. I am grateful for the support my parents and my family has shown. And likewise for the great examples of hard working missionaries that I have from my siblings and Dad. Yea! There were more than my sister (pictured above) but I just chose her picture because I could find it and she was the most recent in our family.
