Happiest

I had the happiest day of my mission this past Saturday. I couldn't sleep most of the night, because I was just so happy! And it wasn't in a way I was expecting. We went to the Relief society broadcast, with Irene - who is doing awesome! She is almost done with the Book of Mormon for the first time! Before hand they had a relief society dinner, so we went to that with her as well. It is a huge blessing to have served in the same stake my whole mission, because it was a whole gym full of people I love! I saw so many members from Fayette and Pittsford, hugged more than I think I ever have in my life, followed up on dozens of families, had to tell people over and over that I only had a few weeks left and have all the conversations over and over that come from that, and heard about their lives and the new exciting things happening with them. Kayleigh, a less active I worked with in Waterloo was there and is preparing to go to the temple next year. I couldn't stop smiling, and during the broadcast {which I also loved- i'm glad they talked on the atonement} my heart felt so full and happy! That is love :) I love this stake, and the good good people in western New York.

Not a lot more to report on. We had interviews with president this week and they were really good. President and Sister Christianson are incredible. I hope to know half as much about the gospel as they do someday. We also went to the John Young home and Tomlinson Inn for district meeting - which is where the Youngs {brigham, phineas his brother, and John his Dad} First met missionaries and were baptized years later. It was great. Hector has been sick all week, so we still haven't seen him and it's been over two weeks. We are sad about this, but hopefully he will let us see him soon.

Things are really really good here.  Enjoy Conference! I'm so glad I get to have another conference on my mission :) I love you all!
love,
Sister L
